Delivery terms and transport Czech Republic

Personal pickup at Oriental shop

You can pick up your order personally at Orientalcz.cz s.r.o. shop in Ostrava Výškovická 3085/2, 70030, Ostrava - Zábřeh
You can pay cash, by credit card or you can prepay by bank transfer. In case you’re paying by bank transfer, please wait for confirmation email.
After the email confirmation, the order will be available to pick up for 7 days. In case you won’t pick it up in time, your order will be canceled.

The price for the pickup: 0 CZK

PPL

The order will be delivered via PPL within 2 days from the dispatch date and will be delivered to the address given by you.
If the order is not delivered, it will be stored in the nearest PPL depot. There are maximum of 3 attempts to deliver the order, after that the order will be returned as an undeliverable order.
At the time of shipment, we’ll send you an email with the shipment information.
When taking the delivery, always check the condition of the package. In case the package shows some signs of damage or opening, either do not accept the package and it will be sent back or accept it and carefully check the inside of the package, report the damage to the nearest PPL depot within 3 days and they will start a complaint procedure.

The price for delivery when paying in advance: 108 CZK

Czech post – business package

The package will be delivered via Czech post within 2 days from the dispatch date and will be delivered to the address given by you.
At the time of shipment, we’ll send you a confirmation of shipment by email.
If the currier doesn’t reach you at the given address, the package will be stored at the post office for 6 days. In the event of non-delivery, Czech post will always leave a notice in your mailbox.
When taking the delivery, always check the condition of the package. In case the package shows some signs of damage or opening do not accept the package.

Packages sent to Slovakia are delivered within 48 hours after the dispatch date. You won’t even notice that you ordered something from another country
Your order will be delivered via PPL CZ, s.r.o.
Unified price for all orders: 129 CZK incl. VAT
Your order will be sent right after payment is credited to our account
