Withdraw from the contract

You can return the purchased goods from us without giving any reason within the statutory 14-day period from the date of receipt. This also applies to orders with personal collection. The right does not apply to orders within the framework of commercial or business activities, i.e. if your IČO is stated on the invoice. 

Instructions on the right to withdraw from the contract

1. Right to withdraw from the contract

1.1.
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

1.2.
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day following the day of receipt of the goods.

1.3.
For the purposes of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform the seller - ORIENTAL.cz, s.r.o. of your withdrawal from the contract. , Výškovická 3085/2,700 30, Ostrava 30 , email: eshop@b4l.cz, in the form of a unilateral legal act (for example, by letter sent via the postal service provider or by email).

1.4.
In order to meet the withdrawal period from this contract, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal from the contract before the relevant period has expired.

2. Consequences of withdrawal from the contract

2.1.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from the contract, all payments that we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs incurred as a result of the type of delivery you have chosen, which is different from the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us).

2.2.
We will use a transfer to your bank account to refund payments; if the order was paid for online with a credit card, the funds will be returned to the bank account associated with the credit card, unless you have expressly stated otherwise. In no case will you incur any additional costs. We will only refund the payment after receiving the returned goods.

2.3.
a) Receipt of goods You must return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date on which you withdraw from this contract, or hand them over to ORIENTAL.cz, s.r.o., Výškovická 3085/2, 700 30, Ostrava 30.
The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods back to us before the 14 days have expired.
b) Costs associated with returning the goods: You will bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods.
c) Liability for diminished value of returned goods You are only liable for diminished value of the goods as a result of handling the goods in a manner other than that necessary to become familiar with the nature and properties of the goods, including their functionality.
